The Nordiques struggled against the Stars 4-1 in home game

Jason St. Pierre came up big, stopping 38 of 42 shots throughout the game. The New England Stars took the lead before the halfway point in the first on a goal from Tyson Gudaitis and never looked back.

In the first, Barter opened the scoring for the Stars with a goal at 5:15 with a helper from defenseman Cormier. Gudaitis netted what turned out to be the game winning goal at 11:43 with helpers from his linemates, Archambeault and Flynn. Gudaitis deposited a goal at 15:07 with assists from his linemates, Barter and Flynn.

During the second period, Plummer finally put L/A on the board with a goal at 18:04 with assists from teammates Labrie and Mccormick.
